Story (IP) Price Surges as Buyers Return—Can the Rally Extend Toward $5?

Story Protocol Price Prediction 2025 Is IP Crypto’s 75% Fall Setting Up for a Reversal Ahead

The post Story (IP) Price Surges as Buyers Return—Can the Rally Extend Toward $5? appeared first on Coinpedia Fintech News

Story (IP) price has come back into focus after posting a sharp daily rally, outperforming a calm but constructive broader crypto market. The move comes amid renewed interest in narrative-driven infrastructure tokens, where capital is rotating selectively rather than chasing speculative momentum. As traders look beyond memecoins and short-term hype, IP’s positioning around tokenized intellectual property and creator monetization has started to attract fresh bids. With price rebounding strongly from long-term support, the key question now is whether this recovery has enough strength to extend further—or if it risks stalling at overhead resistance.

Why Is Story (IP) Price Rising Today?

The latest upside move in Story Protocol appears to be driven by a combination of narrative alignment and technical positioning.

First, capital rotation has favored tokens tied to real use cases such as intellectual property, infrastructure, and institutional adoption. IP stands out as one of the few projects directly focused on on-chain IP ownership and licensing, giving it thematic relevance as investors position ahead of broader expansion phases.

Second, IP has relatively thin liquidity and a limited circulating supply, which tends to magnify price reactions once buying pressure increases. Even moderate inflows can lead to outsized moves, as seen in the recent session.

Finally, the broader market environment has helped. With sentiment stable and volatility contained, traders are more willing to accumulate structurally sound assets rather than chase short-term breakouts.

IP Price Analysis: What the Chart Shows

From a technical perspective, IP’s chart shows a constructive recovery rather than a random bounce. Price rebounded sharply from a long-term demand zone between $1.30 and $1.50, a region that previously acted as a base during earlier accumulation phases. The strong reaction from this zone suggests buyers were waiting at these levels.

The rally has now pushed IP back toward the $2.60–$2.70 range, which previously acted as a key support before the larger breakdown in late 2025. Reclaiming this level is significant, as former support often turns into resistance. The fact that price is attempting to stabilize above it improves the short-term structure.

Volume has expanded during the rebound, indicating genuine participation rather than thin, low-liquidity spikes. At the same time, Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) has turned positive, signaling that capital is flowing back into the asset after an extended period of distribution.

However, the chart also highlights important hurdles. The $3.20–$3.50 zone aligns with a major supply area and declining moving averages. This region has repeatedly capped upside attempts in the past, making it a critical test for the bulls.

Will Story (IP) Reach $5?

The Story (IP) price has bounced strongly from its key support zone, showing that buyers are stepping back in. The recovery looks positive, but the price still needs to move above important resistance levels to show real strength. If IP can hold above these zones with good volume, a move toward $5 becomes possible. Until then, the rally should be seen as a recovery attempt rather than a confirmed uptrend.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…

SUI Price Eyes Breakout, Targets $11 Says Analyst

The post SUI Price Eyes Breakout, Targets $11 Says Analyst appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. SUI price shows a technical setup for a macro breakout with analyst Dan Gambardello targeting $10-$11 levels. Recent partnership with Google’s Agentic Payments Protocol adds fundamental support to the technical analysis as SUI moves closer to potential breakout levels. SUI Price Analysis Points to $10-$11 Breakout Target Dan Gambardello has identified a clear ascending triangle formation on SUI price daily chart with upside targets around $10.79. The analyst simplified this target range to $10-$11 for practical trading purposes. The pattern shows sustained higher lows meeting resistance at current levels before a potential breakout. VanEck maintains more aggressive SUI crypto targets ranging from $13-$25 according to Gambardello’s research. SUI Price Analysis | Source: Dan Gambardello, X The $10 level is a more conservative higher high area for the current cycle. Midterm targets point to $7.50 in the 1.618 Fibonacci extension zone before longer-term objectives. The monthly RSI shows extreme compression that Gambardello describes as “screaming for a macro breakout to the upside.” This momentum oscillator behavior typically precedes major price movements in the crypto market. SUI crypto risk model currently sits at 51 and matches pre-bull market levels seen in coins like Ethereum. Gambardello compared this to Ethereum’s December 2020 reading of 51 before its major breakout. The March 2017 Ethereum reading of 53 preceded that cycle’s parabolic move. The analyst also noted that SUI price trades near the same levels from almost a year ago in November 2024. Bollinger Bands Signal Historic Compression CryptoBullet has identified the tightest Bollinger Bands in SUI’s entire trading history on the weekly chart. The BBW indicator compression reached levels that were historically followed by major price movements. This setup mirrors conditions before SUI’s previous major rallies. Historical data shows SUI price delivered +253% gains between December 2023 and March 2024 following similar compression. SUI…
