SOL and XRP funds also posted gains on the day, rounding out a broadly positive session across crypto ETFs.
BlackRock’s IBIT (NASDAQ: IBIT) led the day with $81.71 million in net inflows, lifting its cumulative total to $64.35 billion.
Grayscale’s BTC (NYSE: BTC) added $16.67 million, bringing its cumulative total to $2.23 billion. Morgan Stanley’s MSBT (NYSE: MSBT) contributed $13.36 million during the session, bringing its cumulative total to $85.72 million.

Offsetting those gains, Fidelity’s FBTC (CBOE: FBTC) recorded $35.99 million in outflows, trimming its cumulative total to $10.85 billion. Ark & 21Shares’ ARKB (CBOE: ARKB) shed $27.41 million, with a cumulative total of $1.43 billion.
Grayscale’s GBTC (NYSE: GBTC) posted $22.28 million in outflows, keeping its cumulative net outflow position at $26.16 billion.
Bitwise’s BITB (NYSE: BITB), VanEck’s HODL (CBOE: HODL), Invesco’s BTCO (CBOE: BTCO), Valkyrie’s BRRR (NASDAQ: BRRR), Franklin’s EZBC (CBOE: EZBC), WisdomTree’s BTCW (CBOE: BTCW), and Hashdex’s DEFI (NYSE: DEFI) each recorded zero flows for the session.
Total net assets across all Bitcoin ETFs reached $97.90 billion on April 16, up from $97.57 billion on April 15. Daily trading volume came in at $2.29 billion.
The April 16 inflow of $26.05 million followed $186.03 million on April 15 and $411.50 million on April 14.
The April 13 session recorded an outflow of $291.11 million, while April 10 and April 9 posted inflows of $240.42 million and $358.17 million, respectively.
The cumulative total net inflow across all Bitcoin ETFs reached $57.08 billion as of April 16.
On a weekly basis, crypto ETFs in the Bitcoin category recorded net inflows of $332.46 million for the week ending April 16, 2026. Total value traded for the week came in at $10.60 billion, with net assets at $97.90 billion.
The prior week ending April 10 had posted $786.31 million in weekly net inflows with $11.10 billion in total value traded.
The week ending April 2 recorded $22.34 million, while the week ending March 27 posted $296.18 million in net outflows.
Ethereum ETFs posted $18.02 million in net inflows on April 16, extending their consecutive positive run to six days.
Cumulative total net inflows for Ethereum ETFs climbed to $11.82 billion, with total net assets reaching $13.69 billion.
Looking back across the six-day streak, Ethereum ETFs had posted $85.19 million on April 9, $64.95 million on April 10, $9.44 million on April 13, $53.03 million on April 14, $67.85 million on April 15, and $18.02 million on April 16.
The combined total across the six sessions reached $298.48 million. The prior negative session had been April 8, when Ethereum ETFs recorded $18.63 million in outflows.
On a weekly basis, Ethereum ETFs recorded $148.34 million in net inflows for the week ending April 16.
The prior week ending April 10 had posted $187.07 million in weekly net inflows with total value traded of $4.68 billion.
