Crypto News: Solana Mobile SKR Airdrop: How Seeker Users Claim

3 min read

Solana Mobile launches SKR token airdrop for Seeker users, with 2B tokens available. Claim now and start staking for rewards.

Solana Mobile has officially launched its SKR token, offering an airdrop to Seeker smartphone users and developers.

This event is a part of the company’s initiative to bring crypto incentives to mobile hardware users.

Over 2 billion SKR tokens are being distributed in the first phase of the airdrop. Here’s how eligible users can claim their tokens and begin staking for rewards.

How to Claim Your SKR Token Airdrop

Solana Mobile has launched its SKR token and is offering an airdrop to Seeker users.

According to Seeker | Solana Mobile, to claim the SKR tokens, users need to ensure their wallet has at least 0.01 SOL to cover the transaction fee.

They can then go to the “Activity Tracking” tab in the Seed Vault Wallet to claim their tokens.

The claim period lasts 90 days, with unclaimed tokens being returned to the airdrop pool after April 20th. Users can also choose to stake their tokens after claiming them.

This airdrop is available to anyone who activated their Seeker Genesis Token before or during Season 1.

The tokens will be distributed to over 100,000 eligible users, who are divided into different allocation tiers. Users should check their eligibility and follow the steps to receive their SKR tokens.

After claiming the SKR tokens, users can stake them immediately. Staking allows them to earn rewards without paying any commission at the start.

This reward system aims to encourage long-term engagement within the Solana Mobile ecosystem.

SKR Token Airdrop for Seeker Users and Developers

According to Solana Stream, nearly 2 billion SKR tokens are now available for claim through an airdrop to 100,908 Seeker users and 188 Season 1 developers.

The airdrop is part of an effort to integrate users into the Solana Mobile ecosystem. These tokens will support governance, staking, and app curation, helping to expand the network.

Only Seeker users who activated their Seeker Genesis Token before or during Season 1 are eligible.

The airdrop will benefit over 100,000 users, with tokens allocated across five tiers. The team hopes to reward early participants and foster further growth of the ecosystem.

Solana Mobile aims to ensure that the SKR tokens go back to the community as the network scales.

By distributing tokens to early users and developers, Solana is trying to build a more decentralized network.

These rewards will encourage greater engagement and contribute to the platform’s security.

SKR Token Price Surge and Trading Activity

Since its launch, the price of the SKR token has surged by over 40%. Currently, it trades at around $0.0111, showing significant interest from traders.

The token’s price reached a 24-hour low of $0.00537 and a high of $0.01294.

The increased trading activity indicates strong interest from investors and the crypto community.

Over the last few hours, the trading volume has grown by more than 3000%. This surge in volume reflects a growing demand for SKR and the excitement around its launch.

To support this demand, the Solana-based platform Jupiter has introduced a $50,000 SKR prize pool.

This initiative is designed to attract more users and traders to the ecosystem. As the SKR token gains traction, its value and the overall ecosystem’s growth are expected to continue.

Fed Decides On Interest Rates Today—Here’s What To Watch For

The post Fed Decides On Interest Rates Today—Here’s What To Watch For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Topline The Federal Reserve on Wednesday will conclude a two-day policymaking meeting and release a decision on whether to lower interest rates—following months of pressure and criticism from President Donald Trump—and potentially signal whether additional cuts are on the way. President Donald Trump has urged the central bank to “CUT INTEREST RATES, NOW, AND BIGGER” than they might plan to. Getty Images Key Facts The central bank is poised to cut interest rates by at least a quarter-point, down from the 4.25% to 4.5% range where they have been held since December to between 4% and 4.25%, as Wall Street has placed 100% odds of a rate cut, according to CME’s FedWatch, with higher odds (94%) on a quarter-point cut than a half-point (6%) reduction. Fed governors Christopher Waller and Michelle Bowman, both Trump appointees, voted in July for a quarter-point reduction to rates, and they may dissent again in favor of a large cut alongside Stephen Miran, Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers’ chair, who was sworn in at the meeting’s start on Tuesday. It’s unclear whether other policymakers, including Kansas City Fed President Jeffrey Schmid and St. Louis Fed President Alberto Musalem, will favor larger cuts or opt for no reduction. Fed Chair Jerome Powell said in his Jackson Hole, Wyoming, address last month the central bank would likely consider a looser monetary policy, noting the “shifting balance of risks” on the U.S. economy “may warrant adjusting our policy stance.” David Mericle, an economist for Goldman Sachs, wrote in a note the “key question” for the Fed’s meeting is whether policymakers signal “this is likely the first in a series of consecutive cuts” as the central bank is anticipated to “acknowledge the softening in the labor market,” though they may not “nod to an October cut.” Mericle said he…
