XRP and Dogecoin still dominate attention whenever the market shifts, but some investors are looking elsewhere for earlier-stage upside. That is where Mutuum Finance (MUTM) enters the discussion: a DeFi project still priced at $0.04 in presale and being tracked before wider market exposure.

XRP and DOGE

XRP is trading around $1.39–$1.45 with a market cap around $85B–$86B and about 61 billion XRP in circulation. Its core identity remains tied to the XRP Ledger, a decentralized public blockchain built for low-cost, high-performance financial transactions and payment-related use cases.

While XRP and DOGE Fight for Momentum, This New Crypto Under $0.05 Keeps Advancing

Dogecoin sits in a very different lane. DOGE is trading around $0.098, with a market cap near $15B, and it is still known primarily as an open-source peer-to-peer cryptocurrency with a massive community and broad retail recognition. It stays relevant because of culture, visibility, and liquidity, but it is not usually framed as a DeFi infrastructure play.

That is why Mutuum Finance gets pulled into the conversation. XRP is a mature payments-focused asset. DOGE is a mature meme-driven large-cap. MUTM is being watched as an earlier-stage DeFi crypto with a lower entry point and more room to be repriced by the market.

What Mutuum Finance Is Building

Mutuum Finance is being developed as a decentralized lending and borrowing protocol. The idea is straightforward: users supply assets to the platform, receive mtTokens representing their position, and use those positions inside a broader lending ecosystem. The project’s V1 protocol is already part of the story, and that matters because it gives investors something more concrete to evaluate than a token with only a roadmap behind it.

The current protocol direction includes lending mechanics, borrower-position tracking, staking-related functionality, and token-demand features tied to ecosystem activity. On the V1 side, users can test the protocol environment before the project moves toward mainnet launch, which is one reason the token is getting more attention than a typical presale altcoin.

Security work also strengthens the setup. The lending and borrowing smart contracts were audited by Halborn, while the MUTM token contract underwent review by CertiK. That kind of development standard tends to matter when investors compare newer crypto projects and decide which ones look ready for a broader market debut.

Why Some Analysts See $0.25 After Launch

Mutuum Finance began at $0.01 in phase one, is currently priced at $0.04, and is set to launch at $0.06. The project has raised nearly $21M, attracted more than 19K holders, and sold over 850M tokens from its 1.82B-token presale allocation, which helps explain why it keeps entering discussions around the best cheap crypto to buy now.

Some analysts have pointed to $0.25 shortly after launch, and the reasoning is not especially complicated. The token is approaching market debut with protocol utility already in place, active development already visible, and a holder base that has been expanding before exchange trading even begins. That combination gives MUTM a stronger case for major exchange listings than a token that reaches the market with little beyond hype.

The token-demand side adds another layer. As the ecosystem moves closer to mainnet usage, protocol-generated activity is expected to support market demand for MUTM through its internal reward model. Investors usually pay attention when a token has a role inside the platform rather than existing only as a tradable asset.

There is also a broader long-term angle behind the project. Mutuum Finance is not being framed as a one-feature DeFi launch. The roadmap includes a native stablecoin and wider ecosystem expansion, which matters because stablecoin infrastructure can deepen liquidity and make the platform more self-contained over time.

There is still time to buy MUTM at the current $0.04 level before the token goes fully live and moves into its next pricing stage. For investors looking beyond XRP and DOGE, that early-entry setup is the main reason Mutuum Finance keeps gaining traction.
