OFFICIAL TRUMP (TRUMP) Tokenomics

The Official Trump token (TRUMP) is a Solana-based meme coin launched by President-elect Donald Trump on January 17, 2025. The project was introduced via his Truth Social account and utilized the LFG stack, incorporating a Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker (DLMM) pool and Initial Liquidity Monitoring (ILM) design with tight integration into the Jupiter exchange.

Issuance Mechanism

The TRUMP token has a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) tokens. Unlike traditional utility tokens, it was launched as a meme coin on the Solana blockchain. While there is an older "MAGA" (TRUMP) token that exists as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum with a 47 million supply, the "Official Trump" token launched in January 2025 is a distinct asset on Solana.

Allocation Mechanism

The distribution of the 1 billion TRUMP tokens is heavily concentrated, with 80% of the supply controlled by entities associated with the Trump administration and its partners. The allocation is broken down as follows:

Usage and Incentive Mechanism

The TRUMP token is primarily intended as a speculative asset and a medium for expressing support for the ideals and beliefs associated with Donald Trump.

• Primary Use: The project's official documentation states that the tokens are intended to function as an expression of support and engagement and are not intended to be investment contracts or securities.
• Revenue Generation: CIC Digital LLC and Celebration Cards LLC (owners of Fight Fight Fight LLC) receive trading revenue derived from the trading activities of "Trump Meme Cards."
• Airdrops: In February 2025, an incentive was announced where community members who purchased official products (sneakers, watches, fragrances, or cards) prior to February 15, 2025, were eligible to claim 3 TRUMP tokens.
• Trading: The token is highly liquid and traded on major exchanges including Coinbase, Binance.US, Upbit, and Bitstamp.

Locking and Unlocking Mechanism

The 80% of the supply allocated to "Creators and CIC Digital" (Entities 1 through 6) is subject to specific cliff periods and vesting schedules to manage the release of tokens into the market. All vested portions follow a two-year (24-month) daily linear release after the initial cliff.

The Liquidity and Public Distribution portions (totaling 20% of the supply) were released 100% at the Token Generation Event (TGE) to facilitate immediate trading and market depth.
